Science-Based Industrial Park, Hsinchu, Taiwan, R.O.C. February 12, 2003 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the company") (TAIEX: 2401, FTSE: SUPD) today announced that net sales for January 2003 totaled NT$ 615 million. The Company said that the revenue of 1st quarter would be a little less than 4th quarter last year due to seasonality and revenue increase should start in 2nd quarter.
