| Sunplus Monthly Sales Report - February 2010 |

| Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, March 05, 2010 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the Company") (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today announced that monthly net sales for February 2010 totaled NT$410 million, a decrease of 32.85% compared to last month and an increase of 58.76% compared to the same month in 2009. The sales of Multimedia ICs for February 2010 was NT$405 million, which decreased 33.06% compared to last month and increased 64.49% compared to the same month in 2009.
Net sales for January through February 2010 totaled NT$1,022 million, an increase of 116.73% compared to the same period in 2009.
