Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, R.O.C. April 09, 2007 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the Company") (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today announced that monthly sales for March 2007 were NT$827million. March 2007 net sales declined comparing with February 2007 because the net sales for March 2007 did not include IP licensing fee.

The revenue from January 2007 to March 2007 totaled NT$2,804million which grew -44.08% comparing with the same period of last year due to the spin-off.
