Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, June 05, 2009 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the Company") (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today announced that monthly net sales for May 2009 totaled NT$577 million, an increase of 2.37% compared to last month and an increase of 0.88% compared to the same month in 2008. Net sales for January through May 2009 totaled NT$2,069 million, a decrease of -24.97% compared to the same period in 2008.
