Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, August 7th, 2012 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the Company") (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today announced that monthly net sales for July 2012 totaled NT$236 million, an increase of 15.23% compared to last month and 9.57% compared to the same month in 2011.

Net sales for January through July 2012 totaled NT$1,835 million, a decrease of 19.65% compared to the same period in 2011.
