Sunplus mMobile's SPW6400 is a highly integrated SoC solution combined the EDGE technology with high- mature multimedia technology. The SPW6400, embedded ARM9 core, supports quad-band GPRS/EDGE modem function at class 12, DigRF interface, and NAND flash, SD/MMC card, and USB2.0 FS. Most unique, the SPW6400 offers a complete set of multimedia functionalities, including camera image processing up to 3Mp, low-power MP3 playback, 64-channel polyphonic ring tone, H.263/MPEG-4 SP codec up to QVGA@30fps, and 2D graphic engine for native games.
