1.Shareholders accepted the 2015 business report and financial statements.
2.Shareholders approved the distribution for 2015 earnings of cash dividend NT$0.89 per common share. (GDR holders will get NT$1.78 cash dividend per GDR share for each GDR share represents 2 common Sunplus shares.)
3.Shareholders approved the amendment of the “Articles of Incorporation”
4.Shareholders lifted the ban to directors against joining competitor.
