Hsinchu Science Park, Taiwan, April 9, 2012 - Sunplus Technology Co., Ltd. ("Sunplus" or "the Company") (TAIEX: 2401, LSE: SUPD) today announced that monthly net sales for March 2012 totaled NT$330 million, an increase of 44.05% compared to last month and a decrease of 18.67% compared to the same month in 2011.

Net sales for January through March 2012 totaled NT$731 million, a decrease of 29.26% compared to the same period in 2011.
